Our Recruitment Process
Manager
As a Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our clients by delivering high-quality accounting, assurance, tax, and advisory services. You will manage engagements from planning through to financial statement sign-off, review and prepare personal, corporate, and trust tax filings, and meet directly with clients to discuss financial statements, tax matters, and other business considerations.
Your ability to apply professional judgment, manage multiple deadlines, and communicate clearly with clients, staff, and partners will be essential. You will lead and mentor a team of Accountants, provide guidance on reconciliations and journal entries, assign engagement budgets, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to ongoing process improvements at GBA. You will also ensure client requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
This is a permanent full-time, in-house position located at our Georgetown office. Paid overtime may be required occasionally during busier times.
